After a walk-through your home, we will discuss what excites you about your home and what you think may need repairs, etc. We have a list of qualified/reliable contractors that will suit your needs. All questions will be answered to the best of our ability.

Pricing your home to sell is extremely important. We will provide ample facts and figures to support our suggestion and will review the data in detail.

We will use social media to showcase your home, catering to prospective buyers and top sales agents in the area.

Open houses are another specialty of ours. We actually sell your home to potential buyers, pointing out the special features, updates, etc.

Staging Your Home for Success

During the tour of your home, we will discuss potential staging and possible modifications. The way you place furniture to live in a home may require changes when selling a home.

De-cluttering, cleaning, making repairs, neutralizing and enhancing features are all part of the process.

Tending to Details

A communication plan will be put into place. We will keep you apprised of all activity and interest, including agent/buyer feedback.

Successful Closing

A few more steps and it’s time to move!

Choosing a reliable title company is crucial (US Title is next to our office should you want to make the closing more convenient.) They also have multiple offices throughout the area.

All aspects of the contract, dates, etc. will be reviewed with you and important dates will be given to you, with reminders a few days prior.
